William Graff has been an entrepreneur and visionary for all his adult life and a real estate investor for over 40 years abroad and in North America owning and developing properties from Florida to Hawaii. He currently resides in California.

He believe that a successful developer has the inherent ability to blend its resources, influences and drive to create something unique. He also have the proper combination of assets and knowledge that is needed for such an achievement as it has been proved over and over in the past years.

Graff Homes formed Haig Point Construction, LLC purposely to own and develop real estate properties at the Haig Point Community Club, Bloody Point and Melrose, to create business opportunities and improve individual lives and enhance the environment at all those communities.

Between 2002 and 2020 William Graff purchased over one hundred home sites among the three communities and Haig Point Construction built yearly eight to ten spec's and/or customs homes at the time with great financial savings due to the large quantities and consolidated barging of the materials. Their high-end homes are priced substantially lower than other local builders’ by passing on their savings in material and transportation to the homeowner and by having their own crew rather than subcontractors.

Many Members have not built their dream home in these communities due to the high prices of construction involving the barging of materials, crew boat, architectural drawing fees and the hassle of obtaining building permits. We would be happy to offer the Members an hassle-free package to build their new home on their existing lot at a convenient price or on our owned home sites.

We are confident that by developing the majority of the home sites on Haig Point and the other surrounding communities with high quality homes will allow the value of these homes to rise and/or surpass the value of other communities on Hilton Head mainland.
