Materials used in our houses at Haig Point, Melrose and Bloody Point:
This is the list of the materials we used and will be using in our Spec homes, on customs we mostly use different appliances.
- Italian (Snaidero) custom cabinetry in the kitchens and bathrooms
- Crown moldings finger joint ť
- Second pc. Picture mould
- Siding—hardie plank or
Stucco
Shingles 50 yr arq.grade
- Base mould fj. Pine 5 ¼” #gm218
- Window case rb3 3 ½ “#lgm 7
- Ext railings pt. 2x2 pickets, pt 2x4 caps and boot.
- Soffit and fascia cypress 1x8, 1x4 rough sawn. 3/8 ply soffit
- Ext window trim 2x materials #1 pt
- Corners select cypress 5/4 materials
- Frieze 1x cypress, or 5/4 materials
- Porch Ceiling- we use T&G or bead board (choose one)
- Interior doors – solid core wood 6 panels smooth
- Marble or Travertine floors throughout the kitchen (optional) and bathrooms
- Wood floors all pre-finish – choose from Oak ¾ nail down, Bamboo ¾ nail down,
Timborena Âľ glue down or Allowance.
- Granite counter tops in kitchens and bathrooms
- Kohler or Bianco sinks in Bathrooms , Blanco sink (SS in the Kitchen)
- Recessed lighting (chrome cans)
- Custom fireplace mantels
- Built in custom shelving and cabinets
